Here are all the petal pieces sewn together. I had to baste the petal to a lining square, 1/8 inch from the edge. It was a difficult task as the single layer fabric wanted to be sucked into the machine. If I do this again I think I'll make my own pattern using larger squares. These are 1.75 inches squared.
